How to purchase and install our products?

Online, using a credit card

We recommand to purchase our products with your credit card on our secure online store. This is the fastest and most secure way to proceed. Once your payment is done, you receive in minutes a download link email. Using this link you can download the product and start to work immediately.

Follow the procedure as described below:

1. Enter the online store. Choose the products you want to purchase by adding them to the cart. Once you have added all the products, click the Checkout Now button, complete the order by specifying your credit card information (more on security) or using alternate payment methods. Click the Continue button, review the details and then click on the Complete Transaction button to complete the checkout process.

2. You receive a confirmation email with a download URL for each product you've purchased.

3. For each product, download the full version and save it in a sure place. Launch the file to install the product (uninstall the demo version if present).

Do I receive a boxed software?

No. We deliver our products as download (a.k.a. ESD) only.

Which credit cards are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club...

Is PayPalŪ accepted?

Yes, this is an option that you can choose during the order process.

Using Credit Card by Phone or Fax ($3 Fee)

Enter the store, add your your products to the cart and click "Checkout Now", enter your personal information and choose "Credit Card by Phone" or "Credit Card by Fax" as Payment Method. An order form with a Reference# is displayed on screen. Fax it or Print it and phone to one of the specified numbers.

SWREG normally process this order within 1 business day after the order is received. An email is sent to you with your link to download the product(s).

Using a PayPal Account ($3.50 Fee)

Enter the store, add your your products to the cart and click "Checkout Now", enter your personal information and choose "PAYPAL in USD Only" as Payment Method. A summary page is displayed, click the "PayPal BUY NOW" button and follow the instructions.

Immediately after SWREG has processed the order, an email is sent to you with your link to download the product(s).

Using CHECK/CHEQUE with Proforma Invoice - US or UK only ($3 Fee)

Enter the store, add your your products to the cart and click "Checkout Now", enter your personal information and choose "CHECK/CHEQUE with Proforma Invoice - US or UK only". A proforma invoice with a Reference# is displayed on screen. Send your check (payable to SWREG) and your Reference# to the specified address. Check must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank.

Using EFT/ACH/BACS with Proforma Invoice

Enter the store, add your your products to the cart and click "Checkout Now", enter your personal information and choose "EFT/ACH/BACS with Proforma Invoice ". A proforma invoice with a Reference# is displayed on screen. Send your payment to the displayed SWREG account specifying the Reference#.

SWREG normally process this order within 1 business day after the payment is received. An email is sent to you with your link to download the product(s).

Using Wire Transfer with Proforma Invoice ($18 fee)

Enter the store, add your your products to the cart and click "Checkout Now", enter your personal information and choose "Wire Transfer with Proforma Invoice". A proforma invoice with a Reference# is displayed on screen. Send your Wire Transfer to the displayed SWREG account specifying the Reference#.
